Jake did a check up on my furnace and was extremely helpful. I had gotten an opinion from another company telling me I needed a new furnace. Jake reviewed it, told me it was operating just fine and had plenty of time left. He showed me all the tests, all the pieces and went note by note as to why the furnace is in good operation. It’s hard to find that kind of ethic and I appreciate the honesty and thorough explanation. Will definitely be calling again next time I need help.
