I can't say enough good about Bonnycastle Appliance & TV! Our washer went out and our repairman recommended the Speed Queen brand, which I'd never heard of. We started with Bonnycastle as they're who our builder used for our last home. Mike Brashear answered my initial phone call, and I was at the store first thing the next morning. Mike was very helpful and worked with me on some of the details. Bonnycastle keeps some Speed Queen models in stock and they were able to deliver and install a new washer and dryer later the same day! The delivery/install team was professional and fast! The Speed Queen brand isn't the flashiest looking, but they make commercial grade equipment that is made in the USA and backed by long warranties. While you might pay more for Speed Queen, we feel the prices at Bonnycastle were very much in line for the models we chose. Thanks Bonnycastle!

We had a difficult time finding a refrigerator for our kitchen space. Paul MacDonald came to our home, measured the space and our current refrigerator. Paul returned to the store, researched, and called us within the hour with a model that would work. Delivery went on time with excellent communication. Thanks Mac for going beyond expectations!
