  Northeast Ford is a hidden jem that’s why I drive over 1 hour each way to have my vehicles serviced here. Not everything goes as planned but Northeast Ford takes care of its customers to make sure it’s done right.   I just had my first experience with North East Ford. I was very happy with the service I received from them. I needed a reliable and safe used vehicle. They helped me find the make and model I wanted and I was able to look at it as soon as it arrived at the dealership. I was in a situation where I needed some special accommodation, and the staff was very attentive and understanding to that. It made all the difference for me, and made it possible for me to test drive the vehicle and purchase it. Christopher assisted me with the sale and he was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered, and all of my concerns were addressed. When I picked up the vehicle, everything was explained to me in detail, and each staff member present was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They made it a very pleasant and easy process. I highly recommend Northeast Ford and their staff.

  We had an excellent experience at Northeast Ford. First, we dealt directly with ownership, so it was a no-hassle experience to go over pricing and handle paperwork. Second, Northeast treats you with utmost courtesy; you feel like family when you arrive. Third, the facility is clean and the service impeccable. They ensure the customer is fully satisfied. We will definitely use them again and we love our vehicle! It’s perfect!
